bullet "I just feel in a fog, I can't think straight, have no energy or focus".

Do you often feel sad, missing him or her desperately?

Some of the deepest pain we'll experience is the loss of a loved one. Human or pet, it's less about the species, but more about what they meant to us that determines the void they leave. Yet, an ending is inevitable...a Tibetan saying is 'every meeting has a parting'. Whether through a separation, or a death, there will be an eventual goodbye for us all from those we love.

It could be the loss of a loved one, eventual loss of our own body, or even our body or mind's functioning as illness or the aging process robs us of being able to do what we always were able to do. There's simply no other way out of this life!

Do you wonder at times how'll you go on without her or him?

It's natural to respond to loss with feelings of dread, emptiness or loneliness. Maybe you feel incapacitated, just can't get on with your life, or take care of business. Find it difficult to be alone, are you wanting to fill up the void with people, activities, work. Perhaps you've turned to food, drinking or recreational drugs for 'comfort', or to avoid feeling despair.

Grieving is our natural response to loss, a normal psychological process of eventually coming to terms with how things are.

Personally, I've experienced grief many times throughout my life. Professionally I've helped guide hundreds of clients through their own unique journey of grieving. I truly know how much it can hurt, and how endless it can seem.

I'd be honored to be able to help you through your suffering. Let's talk about how I can help you!
